FINANCIAL EDUCATION

You may see a person who lives in a big house in an expensive neighborhood, driving a new luxury car and dining at expensive restaurants. Do you think that person is financially successful and happy, living the American dream? Perhaps that same person is eyebrow-deep in debt, living paycheck-to-paycheck and completely miserable.
Similarly, you may see a person who drives a 10-year-old beat-up car. You may think that person is dirt poor. Perhaps, that same person is living a debt-free life, free from worry.
Outward appearances are not a good indicator of a person's financial stability and their level of economic liberty. The ability to manage wealth efficiently affects both rich and poor, alike. It is a skill that almost all people can improve upon. It is also a skill that is integral to obtaining economic liberty and escaping poverty. A person cannot hope to grow and maintain wealth if that person has no knowledge of how to manage wealth.
